Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of services ("Courses") provided by MindTalk through https://www.minds-talk.com/ . By purchasing any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
Services
MindTalk provides online teaching services in the form of Courses. The details of these Courses are available on our website.
Payment
All prices for Courses available on our website are inclusive of legally applicable taxes. You agree to pay the full price for all Courses you purchase from the website.
Refunds
You can request a refund according to the following cases:
Single lessons:
You are not able to attend your lesson and you have notified us minimum 24h prior to the start of the lesson.
Subscriptions:
If you decide to stop learning with MindTalk and cancel your subscription, you can request the refund of your remaining lessons within 31 days.
Note: If you have remaining lessons at the end of the year and have not cancelled your subscription nor notified us of your will to use these lessons, you will not be refunded.
Packages:
You can request a refund for the remaining lessons of your package within 31 days, starting from the day you brought the package.
Note: If you have remaining lessons at the end of these 31 days, and have not notified us of your wish to be refunded, you will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the Course, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of MindTalk or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Data Processing Agreement
Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between MindTalk ("Data Controller") and MindTalk ("Data Processor"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
Scope and Purpose
The Data Processor agrees to process Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. The purpose of the data processing under this Agreement is the provision of our services.
Data Protection
The Data Processor shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure.
Confidentiality
The Data Processor shall ensure that any person is authorized to process the Personal Data shall respect the confidentiality of the Personal Data.
Subprocessing
The Data Processor shall not subcontract any of its processing operations performed on behalf of the Data Controller under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Data Controller.
Data Subject Rights
The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller in providing subject access and allowing data subjects to exercise their rights under the GDPR.
